Information: This is an intensive one-day experience with all of the traditional elements of of a Soto Zen sesshin, including many periods of zazen, service, lecture, formal oryoki meals and work practice. This is an excellent opportunity for those who have established a solid daily sitting practice prior to sitting one of our longer, up to seven-day, sesshins, which typically follow a similar daily format. We try to offer at least a one-day sesshin each month as a routine practice opportunity for seasoned practitioners.
